Girl flirting with me?

There is this girl I really like at work. We sometimes talk and she flirts with me a lot. Anyways, we were in a meeting today and she was sitting across from me and was occasionally glancing and twirling her hair with her fingers. Sometimes she does not say a word to me because her mom and sister work with us sometimes as well. Is this a good sign she likes me?
