How do I breed a Togepi with both Extrasensory and Nasty Plot in Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver?

I already have a male Togekiss with Nasty Plot, but when I breed them in HeartGold, only Nasty Plot is learned. I know that if you breed and hatch Togepi in HeartGold, they should know Extrasensory, but they don't. Thank you for your help :)
