Help with my question please what do you think?

ok my last period was on june 24 and the one before that was may 14, since about two weeks after my period ended i had light brow bleeding after i wiped for a couple of hours or maybe a day, fast forward one week before period is usually due (which are irregular but comes almost around the same time) my started hurting only on the sides and i have increase lotiony CM which has been this way since two weeks after my period stopped, late at night i get VERY irritable were its kinda hard for me to sleep and some nights i get nausea i also been having mild cramps off and on for 2weeks to with erfly feeling in my lower stomach around were my uterus is do you guys think its to eary to show any sugns of pregnacy i'm on CD48 oh i also get these sharp twinges pains or something in my left nipple not a real bad pain kinda like a pinch thanks ahead blessings to all
