Is it standard Liberal protocol to silence everyone who disagrees with them?

Because I just don't think an average liberal has the mental capacity to engage in substantive dialogue. So they have to do what Liberals always do, SILENCE THE OPPOSITION! The sad part is that for years, Liberals clung on to the cloak of being the guarantors of free speech. Boy did they snowball a lot of people!
