How can i ask for a dog...?

I feel for you, but it probably isn't a good idea for you to get a dog. As you said, your "Dad HATES dogs." If that is true, it wouldn't be right to bring a dog into that type of situation. Puppies and dogs can be messy and times, even if you do everything right. That type of thing could make your Dad go ballistic. On this forum there are many reports of animal cruelty - some inflicted by parents of children with dogs that the parents don't like. Wait until your old enough and have your own place. Then have the dog you want. Again, don't expose a poor helpless puppy to a dog hater like your Dad.
