Good websites to learn programming languages?

What is a good website to learn some programming languages. I have explored vb.net for 3 years and im still pretty much at a low level compared to several people, and I really want to learn C++ but it just seems so complicated from what ive tryed so far. I am not even sure what language I should learn, all the programming ive done and will always do envolves packets and making bots for video games, but all of my bots instead of sending packets to the game to make it use something, it just spams ons. I was thinking maybe the best language to learn was c# or c++ or maybe embly. Could anyone give me some websites to teach me
