Have i miscarried :(:( please answer?

well i started bleeding 3 days ago not loads tho like not filling pads up just blood when i go to the toilet well i found out by a clearblue digital test which sed i was 2-3 weeks ive been crampy too in my back and stomach my bleeding is not as heavy now but ive just took a nother clearblue digital test and it say 1-2 weeks is my baby ok or am i miscarrying please answer thank you
