Medicinal Marijuana....?

People have always said that the only reason pot is illegal is because they have no easy way of taxing it.Well,am I the only one that sees the following....There are a lot of people that still don't accept pot on any level,but even more that accept it being used medicinally.Before government can attempt to make it legal they must somewhat have an acceptance of it on some level.Even if someone who doesn't smoke pot agrees,and accepts that it shall and will be used for medicinal purposes...He has accepted it,and once the majority of the country has accepted it on this level...as is currently taking place rapidly,then transition to selling it like alcohol has been made been made with few realizing it was happening.The dispinseries that they are setting up,and the ways they are learning to regulate quantity produced and sold is just a beginning structure for how they will control,sell,and tax the product effectivly.Once this system of dispenseries has been setup and proven they will start the transition to full legality.Am I the only one who sees this happening?
