When Anything bad happens no matter how small, i have a meltdown, why?

I am autistic i beleive, i am pain sensetive and weather senetive and socially sensetive, like something tapped my knee, the desk and it really hurt, so i kicked the desk to a pulp. if something goes wrong with my computer, i want to smash it to pieces, someone insults me, i want to break their hands.
