Which is a better place to visit, La Paz or Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia)?

Having gone to both city's for two weeks each I would recommend Santa Cruz because of the general happiness there. La Paz was mostly filled with Altitude sick Americans and Quecha natives. Santa Cruz is the more Cosmopolitan city. To settle down I would choose Santa Cruz because of the open jobs developments. Although La Paz has better facility's. Neither are very prejudice, both are very friendly and show good hospitality.
