No DVI CABLE? Please help?

Okay so my computer is the DELL XPS 430...I'm 11 so don't BS me for my confusion...(Please make answers simple but not brief) It has a black backround and says "NO DVI Cable" Please help me fix this. My Computer runs on Windows Vista. (If that really matters) ~Miss DM P.S Sorry if in wrong catagory.
